As part of our comprehensive EAP program, FOH provides employee
risk management tools including:
- Customized one-on-one management consultations
- Reference materials
Our counselors consult with and train supervisors, managers and
union representatives to effectively identify, interact with
and refer troubled employees to the EAP. This helps them to
constructively approach employees regarding job performance,
attendance, and behavioral issues.
FOH has developed Managing Maria - A Supervisor's Guide,
that serves as a reference for supervisors and managers. It
provides information on communicating with employees, referring
them to the EAP and documenting their job performance.
